A thematic design
The concept
Each season of the Quinconces – L’espal is composed of highlights, built around themes (women artists, ecology, adolescence etc.). The graphic line takes hold of these highlights and translates them into a plurality of images and new typographies. A visual identity as close as possible to the artistic project of the place.
The form
The images in the form of photomontages are directly linked to the themes of the highlights. A typographic game is played: for example, a letter “E” enlarged for the moment dedicated to women artists; handwritten lines for ecology; constellation of dots for adolescence. The logo superimposes two lozenges to signify the two places of representation of the Scène nationale.
