Trace and route
The concept
The imprint is the starting point of the graphic identity of the Théâtre de Privas, echoing its artistic project. The imprint as a beginning, as a trace, as an evocation of the human skin, as a sensitive surface, as a form that can be shared with all, immediate and deep at the same time. Cosmogama translates these intentions with a visual that is trace and tracing, matter, manuscript. The drawn motifs are vegetal: this representation of nature corroborates the idea of the beginning, of the familiar and accessible form to citizens engaged in the project of a theater in active dialogue with the territory.
The form
The visuals are composed of drawings, close to the sketch, between the abstract and the figurative, floral and tonic. The digital rigor of the typography, old and serif, comes in counterpoint of the handwritten grace. The logo acts as a signature with strong visual impact. Pictograms accompany the contents and play with a simple form: the line. The colors chosen play with natural tones and more contrasting choices.
