The 25th Hour

Another way of relating (yourself), another way of embracing an intimate voice, as if in the dead of night, at the 25th hour.

An artist or a scientist gives an interview in complete darkness. The interview is divided into three main sections of twenty minutes each, like a three-round fight. A song chosen by the interviewed artist or scientist is played between one section and the next.

This device is part of COSMOBLACK, a set of performances that take place in complete darkness. To enter COSMOBLACK is to discover another attention to the works, a depth of the senses that only the night knows. The place devoted to the gaze becomes a place of listening, the exposed body becomes a sensed body. A new way to go to the theater.
